Afghan National Army
Afghan National Army is divided into 7 regional Corps and its total strength is around 150,000 soldiers.
Over 4,000 American trainers along with large number of NATO trainers are in Afghanistan to train Afghan National Army to about 260,000 recruits.
United States Department of Defense and Afghan Ministry of Defense is looking to increase the strength of the Afghan National Army to about 260,000 soldiers by 2014
